All orders are processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving full payment and order confirmation.

 Our policy strictly states that we do not provide refunds. However, we do offer exchanges within a designated period of five days from the date of receipt.

While it is uncommon for us to encounter dissatisfied customers due to the high quality of our products, we acknowledge that exceptional cases may arise where you may need to return or exchange your order. We are more than willing to facilitate returns or exchanges for hair extensions that remain unopened, unworn, and untampered with. This specifically includes hair that has not been combed, brushed out, or tousled in any manner. Essentially, for an exchange to be considered, the hair must be in a condition suitable for resale.

The number of bundles you need depends on the hair texture and the lengths. Keep in mind the longer the length the shorter wefts. We recommend buying 3 or more bundles of hair to achieve a full look.
